ROOM BOOKING REQUEST

Upon submission through this form, we, as a Club/Society, agree to abide by the University's terms and conditions for room usage including but not limited to:

• • The club shall be held responsible and liable for any damage to university assets, property, or equipment caused during the usage of the room.
• • The club shall also bear responsibility for any injuries or accidents that occur due to negligence or misconduct during this booking.
• • Any violation of university codes of conduct, misuse of the venue, or inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action against the club.
• • This proposal is reviewed and approved by Soton CNSP and serves as a conditional approval. It must still be submitted to SLAA for full approval for any usage after working hours (non-event).
• • If management requires the venue for official purposes, their booking shall supersede this approval.
